Early diagnosis saves lives
In partnership with memorial website charity, Much Loved, we are able to offer you a free service to create your own website in memory of a loved one, whilst helping our charity make a difference for the future.
Creating a tribute can help you to express your feelings about your loved one in words, pictures, music and video. It can also help all those affected by the loss to come together, sharing memories and supporting each other.
As well as helping emotionally, there are also practical advantages to creating a tribute. When someone has died, it can be difficult to let everyone know the details of the funeral, whether you’d like to collect donations for charity instead of flowers, which charity, and how to donate.
You can use your tribute as a central place to let people know about the funeral arrangements and, for those people who are not able to attend in person, they can still pay their respects, send messages of love and support, or share a story and add to the tribute.
Your tribute will provide a simple way of collecting condolences and donations, and also gives you, your family and friends a more lasting way to remember a loved one than an announcement in a newspaper or a sympathy card. We hope that it helps you to remember and commemorate your special person.
We are touched that so many of our supporters choose to remember us at times of loss and sadness by asking their family and friends to make a donation to our charity, rather than receiving flowers on the day of their loved one’s funeral.
This is usually arranged by the family or by the funeral director at their request. Please either get in touch or ask the funeral director to contact us, as we can send Gift Aid Donation Envelopes so your family and friends are able to give donations on the day of your loved one’s funeral if they so wish.
You can create a moving tribute to your loved one to help all those affected by the loss, and allow you to express your feelings.
We are always touched that our supporters ask for donations to the charity in lieu of flowers at the funeral of your loved on.
